I'm Jonathan, a registered architect who has been working in the architectural and engineering industry since 1998. My office is based in San Francisco's Financial District, where I specialize in servicing my Bay Area neighbors with their residential design needs, be it a kitchen renovation, an ADU, or a new ground up custom home.

My Instruments of Service (legal term for the drawings and specifications) typically include architectural, structural calculations, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and Title 24 energy calculations, which in essence, are the documents needed for obtaining a building permit (note: I cannot include civil engineering and geotechnical due to limits within my E&O policy).

As a sole proprietor, I work one-on-one with my clients from start to finish. This means my fees are often lower than my competitors' fees as I do all of the drafting (3D Revit BIM) in-house, including modeling the site topography, 3D structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (2D) drawings, which ensures a total design experience for my clients.
